In Southern Pakistan, an angry mob of Muslims (sadly that phrase is becoming a redundancy) attacked the home of a 60-year-old Muslim woman after a male shopkeeper accused her of desecrating the Koran in his shop. In a scene right out of the Old Testament, the protesters stood outside the woman's house and started throwing stones at it. Fortunately, police took the woman into protective custody before the stone-throwers broke into her house. The accuser claimed the woman disrespectfully flung about pages of the Koran at his store. However, the woman claims it wasn't the Koran she flung to the ground but a book in which the shopkeeper had listed her credit. Either way, I'd like to know how these angry religious mobs, which have become a common occurrence in Pakistan, are able to organize so quickly. Don't any of these nutters have jobs or families to take care of?

Angry Mob Attacks 60-Year-Old Woman's Home Over Alleged Koran Flinging
